Took course II of the Wilton series at Michael's of Canada. This was a cake that I did using the basket weave technique, along with learning several flower's in both butter-cream and royal icing. This was a fun cake to do and turned out to be good practice for Easter approaching. Butterfly was made out of fondant, because my colour flow one broke!
